OptionNetwork Grooming services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not
agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Description
OptionNetwork Grooming
provides professional pet grooming services including:
- Full grooming packages for dogs and cats
- Bath and brush services
- Nail trimming and filing
- Teeth cleaning
- Ear cleaning
- SPA treatments
- De-shedding treatments
Booking
and Appointments
Appointment policies
include:
- Appointments must be made in advance through phone, email, or
online form
- A deposit may be required for first-time customers
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service fee
Pricing
and Payment
Payment terms include:
- Prices are as listed on our website or as quoted by our staff
- Additional charges may apply for matted coats, fleas, or aggressive
behavior
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
- Returned checks will incur a $25 fee
Pet Health
and Safety
To ensure the safety of
all pets and staff:
- Pets must be up to date on vaccinations
- Owners must disclose any health issues or behavioral problems
- Aggressive pets may be refused service for safety reasons
- We reserve the right to stop grooming if a pet becomes distressed
- Senior pets and those with health conditions require veterinary
clearance
Liability
and Disclaimer
OptionNetwork Grooming
is not liable for any injury, illness, or death of a pet while in our care, except in cases of gross
negligence. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, reactions to products, or injuries
caused by the pet's behavior. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Our satisfaction policy
includes:
- Free touch-ups within 7 days if you're not satisfied with the groom
- Touch-ups must be scheduled within the 7-day period
- Does not apply to de-shedding or flea treatments
- Does not cover changes to the original style request
Customer
Responsibilities
Customers are
responsible for:
- Arriving on time for scheduled appointments
- Providing accurate information about their pet
- Picking up pets promptly after service completion
- Keeping pets on leash while on premises
- Notifying us of any changes to pet's health status
Intellectual Property
All content on our
website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of OptionNetwork Grooming and protected
by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to
modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance
of the new terms.
Governing
Law
These terms are
governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
